Like all of the wearable blanket patterns this one works up fast with 2 strands of worsted weight yarn held together and an 11.5mm crochet hook.
Total yarn requirements for this pattern are:
Toddler: 1400 yards
Child: 2100 yards
Adult: 3600 yards
