About the Hills and Valleys Ribbed Beanie

We live in a world of uncertainty, and today it seems even more apparent. As the entire world tries to figure out the best way to fight a virus and schools and businesses close their doors we find ourselves closed in our houses trying to figure out what to do with our time. I encourage you to use this time to grow closer to your families. Spend time together playing games, making puzzles, and learning together.

I am going to be working on crochet patterns to post on the blog that are quick and easy that you can complete during this time and maybe even use to teach your family members how to crochet too. The first free crochet pattern is the Hills and Valleys Ribbed Beanie. I know that we are all dreaming of Spring, and warmer weather so we can be outside, but I couldn't resist sharing this simple winter hat pattern. I only wish I had a green one to share today for St Patrick's Day!

Anyways, this ribbed beanie free crochet pattern includes all sizes so it will fit a toddler, child, or adult sizes, and works great for guys and girls alike. You'll just need some worsted weight yarn, a crochet hook, and a pompom to follow this easy tutorial.
