The Susana Shawl crochet pattern works up quickly with 625 yards of bulky (5) weight yarn and an 11.5mm crochet hook. The finished size is 80" long x 36" tall, so a great size to wrap up in.
My shawl is made with Loops and Threads Charisma in the colors Denim and Mist. The yarn is so soft and cuddly and the colors are perfect! If you haven't tried this yarn, I recommend you go to your local Michael's store and grab some. Each skein has 109 yards, and I purchased 3 of each color to make this shawl.
If you don't have any Charisma yarn, or are trying to work from your stash, any bulky (5) weight yarn will work.
